Fox Trails

--Overview--

In this game you play as the friendly Cartographer that has the job of exploring and selling a map to the brave hero exploring the dungeon. Explore, dodge enemies and fill up your map to get the best possible score.

--How To Play--

Explore the map, adding the correct room types depending on their connections with the neighboring rooms. 

Then add the content of said rooms depending if they feature an enemy, a chest or nothing.

Whenever you feel confident enough about your map find the hero and interact with them to finish the level.

--Controls--

Move with WASD

Run with Shift

Open the map with Escape

Control the map with the mouse

There is a weird bug that sometimes the tilemap colliders won't work during the first level, getting to the hero and advancing to the next one should fix the issue.

This game was made in 48 hours for the GMTK Gamejam 2023 with the Theme: Roles Reversed.
